Consumer Fraud Targeting Senior Citizens – Oct. 2

Fraud is big business in America, taking in about $100 billion a year. The Cook County State’s Attorney’s office will present a program titled, “Scams Targeted Towards Seniors and Persons with Disabilities,” at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct 2. After the presentation, participants should be able to identify common red flags that accompany scams. The program is free and open to the public.
