Dining Room Server

A dining room server at the Oak Park Arms must be a “people person” with a ready smile who enjoys the company of our senior residents. Responsibilities include taking orders from residents from a menu with more than forty scrumptious choices, serving with a smile, knowing residents’ names and bussing tables.

Housekeeping

We search for sociable and understanding housekeeping candidates who take pride in their work and pleasure in a clean, sparkling home for our residents. The ideal candidate will be meticulous about the cleanliness, comfort and safety for our residents, employees and the public.

Maintenance

The Arms seeks skilled maintenance candidates who enjoy helping others and who take pride in keeping the building and its apartments in fine working order. Responsibilities include routine and extensive preventive maintenance and repair procedures on all equipment in the building. (Major repairs are performed under the supervision of licensed maintenance workers.)
