A holiday card workshop will be held at 3:30 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 20, 2014 at the Oak Park Arms retirement community, 408 S. Oak Park Ave.
Ada Willer, administrative secretary for Oak Park River Forest High School, has volunteered to host. She will bring her own materials for participants to use.
The workshop will allow participants to create personalized, unique cards for Thanksgiving which can be kept and taken home.
Oak Park Arms Senior Living is a rental retirement community which provides senior housing in the form of independent living. Furnished apartments are also available for a short-term stay – a weekend, a week, a month or longer.
